By purchasing any service, program, or package from EU Study Support, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

EU Study Support provides educational guidance and support services related to:

  • University admission applications
  • Study visa preparation and guidance
  • Financial documentation guidance
  • Settlement and relocation guidance

EU Study Support does not issue visas, admissions, or guarantees, as all final decisions are made by universities, embassies, and government authorities.

2. No Guarantee Disclaimer
  • Admission decisions are made by universities.
  • Visa decisions are made solely by embassies or immigration authorities.
  • EU Study Support cannot and does not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarship, PR, or citizenship.

Our role is to maximize success probability through correct guidance and preparation.

3. Refund Policy (Very Important)

Full Study Visa Application Processing: Route-Based Fees

The service fee and visa-refusal refund depend on the application route, as follows.

Bangladesh to Portugal: €1,500

For candidates applying from Bangladesh to Portugal, the total service fee is €1,500: €100 to open the file and start work, €400 after receiving the offer letter, and €1,000 after visa approval. If the visa is refused after the first two payments totaling €500, EU Study Support refunds €200; the remaining €300 is non-refundable. The final €1,000 is not due if the visa is refused.

Applying from within the EU: €1,200

For candidates applying from within the EU, the total service fee is €1,200: €250 to open the file and start work, €250 after receiving the offer letter, and €700 after visa approval. If the visa is refused after the first two payments totaling €500, EU Study Support refunds €250; the remaining €250 is non-refundable. The final €700 is not due if the visa is refused.

  • Visa-refusal refunds are €200 for Bangladesh-to-Portugal applications and €250 for applications from within the EU, as detailed above.
  • Refund applies only to EU Study Support’s service fee.
  • University application fees, tuition fees, embassy fees, insurance, translations, apostille, courier, and third-party charges are non-refundable.
B. Non-Refundable Products

The following products are strictly non-refundable once purchased:

  • EU Blueprint Program
  • Profile & Country Match
  • Financial Guidance
  • Visa Consultation
  • Any digital course, training, or downloadable material
  • Any consultation-based service

Once access is provided or a session is delivered, no refund will be issued.

4. EU Blueprint – Special Goodwill Policy

The EU Blueprint program is non-refundable after purchase.

However, as a goodwill gesture only (not a legal obligation):

  • If a student completes the Blueprint program and later successfully receives a visa, EU Study Support may provide a partial goodwill refund or reward.
  • This is not a guaranteed refund, not automatic, and is entirely at the discretion of EU Study Support.
  • This gesture is offered as encouragement and appreciation, not as a contractual refund policy.
5. Payment & Access
  • Payments must be made in full unless a specific installment structure is officially mentioned.
  • Access to digital products, videos, WhatsApp groups, or internal resources is provided immediately after purchase.
  • Sharing login details, materials, or resources is strictly prohibited.
6. User Responsibility

Students are responsible for:

  • Providing genuine, accurate, and complete documents
  • Meeting university and embassy deadlines
  • Following the guidance and instructions shared by EU Study Support
  • Informing EU Study Support of any document changes or refusals

Any misinformation or document manipulation may result in service termination without refund.

7. Third-Party Charges

EU Study Support is not responsible for:

  • Embassy decisions
  • University processing delays
  • Third-party service failures
  • Bank delays or remittance issues
  • Government policy changes

All third-party charges are paid directly by the student and are non-refundable.

8. Service Modification & Termination

EU Study Support reserves the right to:

  • Modify services due to policy changes
  • Refuse service if unethical, illegal, or fraudulent activity is detected
  • Terminate services without refund if terms are violated
9. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed under the applicable laws of Portugal & Bangladesh

By purchasing any service from EU Study Support, the student confirms that they:
