EU Study Support provides education guidance, profile assessment, application support, visa preparation guidance, document review, and related student support services. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approval, residence approval, or any decision made by a university, embassy, immigration office, or third party.

2. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
You are responsible for reviewing all documents before submission.
You must pay any third-party fees, university fees, embassy fees, translation fees, courier fees, or government charges unless a written service agreement says otherwise.
You must not submit fake, misleading, altered, or fraudulent documents.

3. Payments and Bookings

Prices, payment plans, and included services may vary by package. A booking or payment confirms only the service described at the time of purchase or written confirmation. Refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling requests are handled based on the service type, work already completed, and any written agreement between you and EU Study Support.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

We work to provide clear guidance and careful preparation, but final decisions are made by universities, visa authorities, immigration offices, payment providers, and other third parties. We cannot promise a successful result.

5. Communication

By submitting a form or booking a service, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels for service-related support, follow-up, and important updates.

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, including GDPR rights and data collection details.
